Course Description: The class will assist in polishing presentations skills and provide you with creative ways of handling situations that may arise while teaching. This will also fulfill the adult education training requirement for the Microsoft Certified Trainers candidates.

Prerequisites: Anyone involved in training adults can benefit from this MS approved seminar. Students will learn about the characteristics of adults learners, improving presentation skill s, and setting an appropriate learning environment through lecture and role play.
